1. What Lynq is

Lynq is a marketplace connecting Australian brands and creators. We provide AI-generated contract tools and escrow payments to support deals made between members — we are not a party to the deals themselves.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate business or personal details, including a valid business registration number where applicable, to use Lynq.

3. AI-generated contracts

Contracts generated through Lynq are built from the answers both parties provide. Once both sides sign, the contract is legally binding. Read every contract carefully before signing — Lynq does not provide legal advice.

4. Escrow and payments

Funds for a deal are held in escrow from the point of signature and released to the creator once deliverables are approved by the brand, in line with the agreed contract terms.

5. Commission and the 12-month clause

Lynq charges a commission on deals made between members. In plain English: if a brand and creator connect through Lynq, Lynq's commission applies to that relationship for 12 months from the date you first connect on the platform — even if a later deal between the same two parties is arranged privately, off-platform. This protects the value Lynq provides in making the introduction.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, misuse the platform, or attempt to circumvent the commission clause above.
