1. What we collect
When you create a Lynq account, we collect the information you provide directly — name, email, business or creator details, social handles, and payment details required to run campaigns and process escrow payments.
2. How we use it
We use your information to match brands with creators, generate contracts, process payments via escrow, and communicate with you about your account and deals. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Contract data
Details entered into the AI contract flow — budget, deliverables, exclusivity terms — are stored to generate and enforce the resulting agreement, and are visible only to the two parties on that deal.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored securely and, where possible, hosted within Australia. We retain account and contract records for as long as your account is active and as required by Australian law.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Some records, such as signed contracts, may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.
